And the birthday celebration continued last night! I believe this was their 3rd birthday celebration and they had a great time eating "Healthy Carrot Cupcakes" made homemade by Nana! The recipe was in the last edition of Parents magazine or maybe the one before (not sure). They were really good, tasted like carrot cake and each cupcake has 1/2 serving of vegetables! We did add a smidgen of cream cheese frosting. After all, it was their first birthday! :)
