........ these are the cutest Texans fans ever! Mom and Dad took them up to the high school football field to get some game day pics! And yes, the game didn't turn out the way we hoped but we had a nice family Sunday afternoon. Miranda made Jambalaya, corn bread and cherry cobbler for dessert. Chad came over and it was just nice all being together. I have had a busy weekend. I went to my friend Rita's on Friday night for our monthly Wesley group gathering. We had a nice "pasta theme" dinner and on Saturday night my office Supper Club met for our quarterly dinner at my friend Gloria's house. Our theme was "Pulled Pork" sandwiches with all the fixins' and we had plenty of fun that's for sure. I'm a bit tired to say the least but it was a great weekend with great friends and then sweet family time today. And I hear we're getting a bit of "real" Fall weather this week. I don't know about you, but I am sooooooo ready for some cooler temperatures!
